Richard Mille RM 50-04
RM 50-04 white Quartz TPT® bezel and case back. This special material is made of 600 layers of silicon dioxide stacked, with a single layer thickness of only 45 microns. It is first immersed in white resin, and then heated to 120°C under high pressure. This process technology significantly improves the material’s strength-to-weight ratio, anti-allergic properties and excellent UV resistance. This technology is the result of the development of North Thin Ply Technology (NTPT™), which is also used for the middle case made of Carbon TPT®, but the material is changed to carbon fiber. Red elements are also visible in the movement, especially on the Carbon TPT® inner ring, chronograph dial and power reserve, torque and function indicators. -
